摘 要:目的探讨尿液中对羟基苯丙氨酸(酪氨酸)尿液检测(TUT)在癌症筛选中的应用。方法取癌症组、非癌症组、健康受试组晨尿,用对水平TUT试剂盒检测,统计分析各组及同组各种疾病间检测结果的差异性。结果癌症组、非癌症组、健康受试组阳性检出率分别为81.3%、30.8%、33.8%,癌症组显著高于非癌症组和健康受试组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非癌症组和健康受试组阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P=0.653)。癌症组中胃、食管癌、肠癌阳性检出率显著高于其他类型癌症,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他类型癌症检出率差异无统计学意义(P=0.449)。非癌症组中糖尿病患者阳性检出率高于其他各种疾病,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他各种疾病患者阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P=0.327)。结论尿液TUT能很好地用于癌症患者的筛选,尤其是胃肠道癌症患者。Objective To evaluate the effect of urine p-hydroxyphenyl alanine test(TUT)in screening cancer.Methods Study subjects were consisted of three groups including cancer patients,non-cancer patients and healthy individuals.Morning urine from the subjects were collected and detected for urine p-hydroxyphenyl alanine(tyrosine)with TUT kit.Chi-square test was used for analysis of differences between the three groups.Results The positive rates of p-hydroxyphenyl alanine in cancer patients(81.3%)was significantly higher than that of non-cancer patients(30.8%)and healthy individuals(33.8%,P〈0.05).The difference of the positive rate between the non-cancer patients and healthy individuals didn′t have statistical significance(P=0.653).In cancer patients,positive rates of gastric,esophageal and colon cancer positive rate were significantly higher than other types of cancer(P〈0.05).And the positive rate of diabetes in non-cancer group was significantly higher than that of other diseases(P〈0.05).Conclusion TUT could be used in screening cancer effectively,especially in screening the gastrointestinal cancer.
