摘　　要：从个性化培养要求,企业研究生工作站目的和科研课题重要性入手,提出以科研课题为手段,以企业研究生工作站为载体,以研究生个性化培养为目标,更好地发挥企业研究生工作站的作用。Based on the requirements of individuality cultivating, the goals of enterprise graduate workstations,andthe importance of scientific research projects, the theory system which has the scientific research projects as tools,has theenterprise graduate workstations as supporters,and has individuality cultivating as goals,was build in this study. Using thistheory system,the enterprise graduate workstations should play better role in the graduate students training.
