摘　　要：护理专业校内实训基地建设是护理专业实践教学体系的关键环节,合理的布局和高端设备的配备以及实训室文化的构建,营造护理职业氛围,促进校内实训教学与临床工作的对接。学生自主管理,培养学生职业认同感,促进护理规范的养成和职业素养提高。Construction of school training base is the key link of practical teaching system in nursing professional. Byreasonable distribution of training room,high-end equipment equipped and construction of the culture of the trainingroom,create a nursing professional atmosphere,promote the connection of school practice teaching and clinical work.Implementing students＇ self management to train professional identity,promote the cultivation of nursing standards andimprove professional accomplishment.
