摘　　要：教学秘书作为学院基层教学管理人员,对学院正常开展教学管理工作、推进专业和学科建设、迎接各类教学检查和评估起着举足轻重的作用。本文以南京Y大学管理学院为例,分析了教学秘书面临的发展困境,在此基础上提出相应对策。As the college basic level teaching management personnel,the teaching secretaries play a decisive role on making the normal teaching management work,promoting the professional and discipline construction to meet all kinds of teaching inspection and evaluation, this paper takes the Y University as an example to analyze the development diflicitifies of the teaching secretaries and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
