摘　　要：本文主要介绍了笔者及所在团队关于建立完善护理专业海外国际实习基地的构想与探索。具体实践路径为:确立国际化人才培养的教育观;准确定位国际护理人才培养目标;改革课程体系,学校、医院、国际合作机构共建团队,共同开发和实施海外临床实践课程和社会实践项目;严格执行语言、职业技能"双证"制度,选拔优秀的国际实习生。意图通过国际实习基地的建设,创新高职教育专业实践路径,提升国际化护理人才培养质量,从而推进护理专业发展国际化。This paper mainly introduces the author and the team on the establishment of perfect nursing professional overseas international practice base of the idea and exploration. Practical path：establishing the concept of cnltivating international talents education;accurate positioning of the international nursing talent cultivation target, reform the curricu- lum system,schools,hospitals,the institutions of cooperation team to build,common development and implementation of overseas course of clinical practice and social practice project;strictly enforce the language and professional skills of＂dou- ble certificate＂ system,the selection of outstanding international interns. Through the construction of international practice base,innovation of higher vocational education professional practice path,enhance the quality of intemational nursing personnel training,so as to promote the internationalization of nursing professional development.
