摘　　要：本文阐述了"卓越计划"产生的背景及内容,结合人才培养原则、课程培养体系、实践教学体系三个方面对自动化专业人才培养模式进行了探讨研究,为提升自动化专业人才培养的层次和高校自动化专业"卓越计划"的实施提供借鉴与参考。The background and contents of the ＂excellent plan＂ are introduced in this paper. Combining the cultivation principle,curriculum training system and practical teaching system,the training mode of automatic professional talents is discussed in the paper. The research can enhance the level of the cultivation of automation professionals and provide reference for the implementation of the excellent plan for the university automation specialty.
