摘　　要：经济新常态下,国家对于自主创新和智力资源提出了更高的要求。地方高校应抓住机遇,以信息化和国际化等为抓手,深化教育教学改革,强化特色优势,为经济持续稳定发展提供可靠的人力资源。China has entered the new normal economic era,mere nas been an urgent requirement, innovation and intellectual talent resources. It is a key issue for local universities seizing the development opportunity focusing on information technology and internationalization. With the educational reformdeepening,strengthen of discipline characteristics can be a good advantages for sustained and stable economic development with reliable human and intellectual resources.
