摘  要:将不同产地、不同类别的24种茶叶进行可溶性草酸和总草酸的含量测定,综合比较分析茶叶中草酸含量与茶叶的类别、品种、产地之间的关系,从而筛选出适合草酸钙肾结石患者饮用的低草酸茶叶。测试样品中,各种茶叶中草酸含量差别较大,但普遍较高,人参乌龙(台湾)红茶中可溶性草酸和总草酸含量是较低的。因此,草酸钙肾结石患者宜多喝白开水,少喝茶尤其是浓茶。In order to find a tea low in oxalate for urinary calcium oxalate stone patients , soluble and total oxalate content of 24 kinds of tea from different regions were measured to analyze the relationship between tea category and origins. Ginseng oolong originated from Taiwan has the lowest soluble oxalate content and total oxalate content in 24 kinds of tea. Oxalic acid content is generally high and varies widely in all kinds of tea tested. Therefore , to drink more water other than concentrated tea is beneficial to the rehabilitation of urinary calcium oxalate stone patients.
