摘　　要：推进大学生思想政治教育个性化培养是对传统思想政治教育模式的创新,是社会及大学生自身发展的必然要求。探究当前大学生思想政治教育个性化培养中存在的问题并采取积极有效的措施,增强其实效性意义重大。To promote individualized education of college students＇ ideological and political education is the innovation of the traditional mode and the inevitable requirement of the society and the development of college students as well. It is of significance to explore the problems in individualized cultivation of ideological and political education and take positive and effective measures to strengthen its effectiveness.
