摘 要:经过十余年的发展建设,新建本科院校已完成了从专科或高职高专向本科的内涵转变,作为一个群体,新建本科院校呈现出一些与传统本科不同的鲜明特征。从升本到建设的每一环节都带有政策引导的烙印,内涵建设、人才培养和服务面向等基本功能也与传统本科截然不同,体现了国家引导高等教育分类发展的建设思路。经过历史积累,新建本科院校虽然取得了一些发展成果,但仍存在着一些共性的需要解决的问题,只有突破困境才能获得良性发展。Mter ten more years of development and construction, newly-buih and vocation-oriented under- graduate colleges have transformed in their focus. Newly-buih undergraduate colleges are a group of colleges dis- tinctive from the traditional undergraduate colleges. Every aspect of the road of their development from vocational colleges to undergraduate ones shows the influence from the policy guidance. The connotation construction, per- sonnel training, service, and other basic functions are different from traditional undergraduate colleges, embod- ying the constructive thinking for categorized development of higher education of the nation. Although accumulated some historical experience and gained some development achievements, newly-built undergraduate colleges still meet some common problems need to be solved. Health development comes only after breaking through dilemma.
