摘 要:目的观察c-Src蛋白及核仁磷蛋白/B23(NPM1)在肺腺癌组织中的表达并探讨与化疗疗效的关系。方法选择2012-10-10/2015-06-30期间怀化市第一人民医院确诊的肺腺癌患者的肿瘤标本共107例,采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白的表达情况,分析c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白的表达与肺腺癌发生、发展的关系,其中Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者55例予以吉西他滨联合顺铂方案规则化疗4疗程,探讨c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白的表达与化疗疗效的关系。结果 c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白在肺腺癌组织中皆为阳性表达,临床分期越高,c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白的表达越高,同时c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白在肿瘤细胞的表达随分化程度的升高而降低,化疗疗效随c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白的表达升高而降低。结论高表达c-Src、NPM1的肺腺癌化疗敏感性较差,高表达c-Src和NPM1可能与肺腺癌低分化有关。Objective To observe the expressions of c-Src protein and nucleophosmin/B23( NPM1) protein in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and explore their relationships with chemotherapeutic efficacy. Methods The study collected a total of 107 lung adenocarcinoma tissue specimens from the First People's Hospital of Huaihua City from 2012-10-10 to 2015-06-30.Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze the expressions of c-Src protein and NPM1 protein. The relationships between the protein expressions and lung adenocarcinoma progression were subsequently analyzed. Among these patients,55 cases ofⅢ-Ⅳ patients were treated with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin for 4 cycles of chemotherapy. The relationships between the protein expressions and chemotherapeutic efficacy were then analyzed. Results Both c-Src protein and NPM1 protein were positively expressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues. With the increase of clinical stages,their expression levels gradually increased. However,their levels showed an inverse correlation with tumor differentiation degree. Chemotherapeutic efficacy decreased with the increase of the protein expressions. Conclusion Chemotherapeutic sensitivity is poor in lung adenocarcinoma patients overexpressing c-Src and NPM1 protein. High expressions of c-Src and NPM1 may be associated with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma.
