摘　　要：文章归纳了护士自我效能感的普适性和专业性测评工具,指出了儿科护士自我效能的影响因素,包括自身行为的成败经验及归因模式、替代经验或模仿、他人的评价和言语劝说、身心状态与应对方式、个人情况及情境条件,提出了提高儿科护士自我效能的干预措施。在此基础上对儿科护士自我效能理论在临床应用规律的研究前景进行了展望。The paper summarized the universality and professional self - efficacy assessment tools of nurses, pointed out the influencing factors of pediatric nurses＇ self - efficacy,including self behavior success - failure experience and the experience of attribution patterns, vicarious experience or imitation, others＇eval- uations and verbal persuasion, physical and mental status and coping style, personal information and situational conditions, and put forward improvement meas- ures. One these bases,the research prospected on the pediatric nurses＇theory of self-efficacy application in clinics was indicated.
