新形势下高校艾滋病预防教育面临的困境与对策

摘　　要：近年来,我国高校艾滋病疫情上升较快,以男男同性性传播为主。健康教育是高校预防和控制艾滋病的重要措施和任务。但是,高校在艾滋病预防教育中存在法律体系不完善、学校主体责任不明确、部门间沟通协调机制不健全、高校性教育缺失、大学生的生活环境受网络影响等问题。为此建议进一步完善法律法规体系,加强部门间沟通交流和资源整合,开设艾滋病预防教育课程,建立专业预防艾滋病教育的网站与APP应用软件,落实高校艾滋病预防教育的相关举措等,以提升高校艾滋病预防教育的综合效果。Objective AIDS epidemic is increasing rapidly among college students in recent years, with homosexual behavior as the main transmission mode. It is important to carry out the health education and to take measures to prevent and control HIV/AIDS among college students in spite of many challenges confronted. Measures must be taken to advocate the relevant policies for the group of students, to further identify the responsibilities of school leaders, to strengthen interdepartmental communication and coordination, to build adoptable social environment for students. The curriculum of AIDS prevention education must be designed, and a special AIDS prevention education web-site and APP application software must be developed.
