摘　　要：目的:探讨护士睡眠状况及其影响因素,为进一步干预提供科学依据。方法:对某三甲医院652名在职护士,用一般情况问卷、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)进行调查,分析护士一般情况和SCSQ评分与SRSS评分之间的关系。结果:652名护士睡眠问题检出率36.20%。多元回归分析结果显示,消极应对、夜班频率、工作压力和性格倾向是危险因素,医患关系、家庭关系、积极应对、同事关系和护理工作年限是保护因素,并能预测SRSS评分的85.4%(R^2=0.854,F=1040.187,P=0.000)。结论:护士群体睡眠问题较为普遍,频繁倒夜班、工作压力大、采用消极应对和内向性格可增加睡眠困扰,而采用积极应对、积累护理工作经验、建立良好的医患关系、同事关系与家庭关系,则有助于睡眠健康。Objective：To explore the sleep situation and influencing factors of nurses,to provide scientific basis for the further intervention.Methods：All 652 nurses on-the-job in a three-A hospital were investigated with the questionnaire about general condition,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire（SCSQ）and Self-Rating Scale of Sleep（SRSS）.The relationship between nurses＇ general condition with scores of SCSQ and scores of SRSS was analyzed.Results：The positive rate of sleep problems was 36.20%.Multiple regression analysis showed that negative coping,frequency of night shift,work stress and character orientation were the risk factors,physician-patient relations,family ties,positive coping,relationship between colleagues and years of nursing work were the protective factors.They could predict 85.4%score of SRSS（R2=0.854,F=1040.187,P=0.000）.Conclusion：The nurses have generally sleep problems.Frequent night shifts,high pressure from work,using negative coping and introverted personality can increase sleep disturbance of nurses.On the other hand,using positive coping,accumulating experience of nursing work,establishing good physician-patient relations,relationship between colleagues and family ties are conducive to health sleep of nurses.
