摘　　要：目的:探讨灯盏细辛口服液对急性冠状动脉综合征患者外周血C-反应蛋白、1-甲基环丙烯和9-基质金属蛋白酶水平的影响。方法:选取我院心内科已确诊为急性冠状动脉综合征的患者110例,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组行常规药物治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上口服灯盏细辛口服液。比较两组患者治疗前后外周血C-反应蛋白变化情况及MCP-1及MMP-9水平及临床疗效。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后MCP-1、MMP-9及C-反应蛋白水平降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,实验组患者MCP-1、MMP-9及C-反应蛋白较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:灯盏细辛口服液对急性冠状动脉综合征患者具有较好的疗效,这可能与其降低外周血中C-反应蛋白、MMP-9和MCP-1水平具有一定的关系。Objective： To investigate the effect of the C- reactive protein, MCP-1 and MMP-9 levels in peripheral blood by erigeron breviscapus oral liquid in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods： 110 patients with acute coronary syndrome from department of Cardiology in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group. The C- reactive protein, MCP-1 and MMP-9 levels in peripheral blood were tested and compared before and after treatment. Results： Compared with before treatment, the levels of MCP-1, MMP-9 and C- reactive protein were lower（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group after treatment,the levels of MCP-1, MMP-9 and C- reactive protein were lower（P〈0.05）, the total effective rate were higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Erigeron breviscapus oral liquid can reduce the acute coronary artery syndrome in patients with peripheral blood C reactive protein,MCP-1 and MMP-9 levels, of acute coronary artery comprehensive syndrome clinical treatment has important clinical significance.
