摘　　要：目的:探讨雷贝拉唑治疗浅表性胃炎的临床效果及其机制。方法:选取2014年4月至2015年8月本院收治的浅表性胃炎患者84例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组42例。对照组给予临床常规治疗,实验组加用雷贝拉唑治疗。观察和比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应的发生情况及治疗前后血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-8、SOD、MDA水平。结果:经4周治疗后,实验组痊愈率、总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清IL-2、SOD水平更高于对照组,血清IL-4、IL-8、MDA水平均更低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组之间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:雷贝拉唑能有效提高浅表性胃炎的临床疗效,可能与其降低血清IL-4、IL-8、MDA水平及升高血清IL-2、SOD水平有关。Objective： To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Rabeprazole on Superficial Gastritis. Methods： A total of 84 patients with superficial gastritis from April 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into the control group and experimental group with 42 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by clinical routine treatment; while patients in the experimental group were treated on the basis of control group with rabeprazole. The clinical curative effect, occurrence of adverse reactions and serum IL-2, IL-4, IL-8, SOD, MDA levels were compared between two groups. Results： After treatment for 4 weeks, compared with the control group, the cure rate, total effective rate were higher in the experimental group（P〈0.05）, the serum IL-2 and SOD levels were higher （P 〈 0.05）, the IL-4, IL-8 and MDA levels were lower （P〈0.05）. No statistical significance was observed in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Rabeprazole could effectively improve the clinical efficacy of superficial gastritis, which might be related to the decrease of serum IL-4, IL-8, MDA levels and elevation of serum IL-2, SOD levels.
