基于事业部运作的校企合作机制研究与探索实践

摘　　要：宜宾职业技术学院通过与五粮液集团宜宾普什模具有限公司深度合作,由企业成立模具教学事业部,校企共同制订并实施人才培养方案,构建了基于模具产品"真实生产过程"的"2+1+假期"的"工学结合、校企共育"人才培养模式,形成了合作办学、合作育人的良性机制;通过教学事业部对接行业职业岗位技能要求,融入现代企业优秀文化理念,构建工学结合的课程体系,实施教学、考核与管理,有效提高了学生技能水平与职业素养,研究、探索并实践了校企合作运行的新机制。Yibin Vocational Technical College established mold teaching division through deep cooperation with Wuliangye Group Yibin Pashtoon Mold Co.,Ltd. College and enterprises made the jointly formulate and implementation of the talent training project based on mold products ＂real＂ of the production process of＂2＋1＋ holiday＂ and ＂combination of working and learning,school and enterprise education＂ personnel training mode. It forms a good mechanism of cooperative education. It cooperates with teaching department to meet the requirement of occupational skill needs, integrates into the modem enterprise culture idea,builds up combination of working and learning to implement teaching,examination and management It improves the level of students＇ skills and professionalism effectively,This paper proposes to study and to explore and practice of school enterprise cooperation operation mechanism.
