摘  要:目的探讨恒牙初期安氏Ⅲ类错侧貌面型特征,分析侧貌面型与硬组织的相关关系。方法选择侧貌美观正常和安氏Ⅲ类错的恒牙初期青少年各50例,进行15项面相测量指标和9项硬组织头影测量指标的测量分析。结果除4项面相测量值和1项硬组织测量值外,其余测量值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多因素判别分析筛选出的5项面相测量指标与硬组织头影测量指标有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论Ⅲ类恒牙初期青少年错患者侧貌明显异常,最敏感最能体现其侧貌异常的有5项面相测量指标。正畸治疗中可通过有针对性的纠正硬组织异常来改善侧貌面型。Objective To study the facial profile characteristics in the early permanent dentition with Class Ⅲ malocclusion, and then to analyze the relationship between hard tissue and facial profile. Methods Fifty normal occlusion and 50 Class Ⅲ malocclusion children were examined. Fifteen facial profile variables and 9 hard tissue variables were selected and the data of these groups were analyzed. Results Compared with the normal occlusion group, all measurements except 4 facial profile variables and 1 hard tissue variables was statistically significant with t-test in the Class Ⅲ malocclusion group(P〈0.01). Five indexes were selected through discrimintary analysis. Pearson correlation analyses showed that there was correlation between hard tissue variables and the facial balance indexes(P〈0.05). Conclusion Five indexes which may represent the abnormality of facial profile of Class Ⅲ malocclusion are selected. The facial profile will be harmonious by the treatment of inharmonious hard tissue.
