明清时期男性不育证治研究及临床探讨

摘　　要：男性不育是男科中一种较为常见的疾病,而且亦是较为难治的一种男科疾病。该病有逐渐增多的趋势,中国的医药学宝库中蕴藏了十分丰富的男科学内容,对男性不育症的病因病理、辨证论治等都不乏记载。明清时期对男性不育研究达到顶峰,深入挖掘明清时期男性不育证治特点对临床具有重大的指导意义。研究发现,男性身体虚弱、精液异常和性机能障碍是造成不育的主要原因,辨证论治是治疗男性不育的主要特点。Male infertility is a common disease in andrology,but also a relatively refractory disease of andrology. The disease has a gradually increasing trend. In the treasure of traditionan Chinese medicine,the very rich contents of andrology are held in store,and the etiology,pathology,treatment based on syndrome differentiation etc. of male infertility were also recorded. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the research on male infertility was developed to its peak. To mine deeply the features of syndromes and treatment of male infertility in the Ming and Qing Dynasties has clinically a great guiding significance. Through the research,we have found that male physical weakness,abnormal sperm and sexual dysfunction are the main causes of infertility,and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the main feature of treatment of male infertility.
