摘 要:目的:研究分析磁共振PET(positron emission tomorgraphy)成像技术检测全身类肿瘤并查找病灶的临床研究应用。方法:对本院使用磁共振PET成像技术检测全身类48例已发现肿瘤患者寻找原发病灶进行分析。结果:48例通过病理发现的肿瘤患者中,检测原发病灶和是否转移的诊断中,磁共振扫描仅20例对原发病灶进行准确评估,在常规磁共振扫描基础上加以全身类PET成像技术则可以对46例肿瘤患者进行准确评估,检测准确评估率为95.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振PET成像技术对检测全身类肿瘤并且寻找原发病灶有着精确、无辐射及不需要注射造影剂等优势,并且对人体完全无副作用伤害,适合健康体检人群和肿瘤分期治疗患者,值得推广应用。Objective:To study and analyze the clinical research application of magnetic resonance PET(positron emission tomorgraphy) imaging in detection of systemic tumors and finding of lesions.Method:The data of our hospital used MRI PET imaging technology to detect 48 cases of systemic tumors had been found in patients with primary focus were analyzed.Result:48 patients with primary tumors detected by pathology,only 20 cases were diagnosed by primary magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).All PET imaging was performed on the basis of routine magnetic resonance imaging,the accurate assessment rate was 95.8%,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance PET imaging has accurate,nonradioactive and contrast agent-free advantages in the detection of systemic tumors and the search for primary lesions and does not produce any side effects to human body.It is suitable for physical examination and stage treatment of patients with cancer,and it is worth to be popularized and applied.
