用法治思维和方式推进农林高校综合改革的探索——以湖南农业大学为例

摘　　要：基于湖南农业大学综合改革的实践经验,高等农林院校正在实施的综合改革,应以学校章程为引领,用法治思维和方式,抓好综合改革的顶层设计,营造农林高校综合改革的外部环境,夯实农林高校综合改革的现实基础,加强农林高校综合改革的能力建设。Based on the practice and experience of the comprehensive reform of Hunan Agricultural University,the present paper suggests that the comprehensive reform in progress in agricultural and forestry universities should be conducted under the guidance of university code and legal thinking and patterns,and the top-level design of the comprehensive reform should be made properly to create a favorable environment for the reform and a solid foundation should be laid and the reform competence construction should be enhanced.
