摘  要:目的:探索提高护生临床实践能力的教学方法是培养实用型护理人才的重要途径。以护理专业核心课程为载体的岗前综合模拟实验教学法通过构建基本护理技术、综合模拟小组性实验和案例分析实验,培养学生的综合能力。方法:将121名学生随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采用综合模拟实验教学模式和传统的教学模式,以结课后综合考核、调查问卷及统计学分析对教学效果进行评价。结果:综合考核成绩和调查问卷显示实验组明显优于对照组。结论:综合模拟实验教学有助于培养护生的护理操作、临床决策、评判性和创新性思维等临床实践能力,值得进一步研究和推广。Objective:To discuss the effects of comprehensively simulative experimental teaching method in clinical comprehensive? com- petence of nursing students. Methods:Based on nursing core curriculum, 121 nursing students in grade 2 were divided into trial group and con- trol group via a random number table. Trial group received comprehensively simulative experimental teaching method, and control group only received traditional teaching method. Comprehensive examine on class-ending and questionnaire were used to evaluate clinical comprehensive competence of those nursing students. Results: The clinical comprehensive competence of nursing students in trial group was superior to those in control group, which had statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensively simulative experimental teaching meth- od can improve the clinical comprehensive competence of nursing students such as nursing operation, clinical decision-making, critical thinking and creative thinking, which deserve further research and expansion.
