摘  要:目的描述河南省高职高专院校护理教师科研现状,探讨其影响因素。方法采用护理教师科研现状调查问卷对6所院校的149名护理教师进行调查。结果高职高专院校护理教师科研现状得分为125.95±15.27分,科研相关态度得分指标最高,科研相关知识得分指标最低。结论护理教师的科研态度积极,但科研相关知识欠缺;存在诸多影响科研的因素。Objective To investigate the research capacity among nursing teachers of vocational and technical colleges in He Nan Province,and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods Totally 149 nursing teachers from six vocational and technical colleges were investigated with the self- designed questionnaire. Results: The total score of research capacity questionnaire was 125. 95 ± 15. 27. The index of research related attitude scoring percentage was the highest,and the index of research related knowledge scoring percentage was the lowest. Conclusion Nursing teachers' research attitude were positive,but they lacked research related knowledge. There were also many influence factors hindering research programs carried out.
