摘　　要：随着近年来高职教育改革的深入,翻转课堂成为研究的热点。翻转课堂关注的是学生的需求,教师要根据学生的需求设计每个教学环节,包括课前预习、课堂讲授以及课后检测,在这些环节中要注意Blackboard教学平台的合理使用,要将工作过程的完整性、案例设计的趣味性和实用性作为教学内容设计的依据。With the further reform of higher vocational education,the flipped classroom has become hot spot of research. Focusing on students＇ need,flipped classroom reverses the traditional learning environment by delivering instructional content. It asks teachers to pay attention to every teaching step,including preview before class,classroom teaching,and testing after class. In the process,teachers should take advantage of Blackboard teaching platform and try to make the classroom interesting and well- organized.
