论地方高校美术学专业的转型发展

摘　　要：当前,地方高校美术学专业转型发展面临着专业定位不明确、教师认识不一致、学生能力下滑等困境。面对应用转型的新机遇,地方高校美术学专业要积极制订实践型培养方案、加强实践教学,通过工作室实践教学、项目应用教学与学校兼职实习等范式的结合,着力提高学生的实践应用能力,真正做到在应用转型中健康发展。The current transformational development of Art Specialty in the newly-built colleges and universities is hindered by such problems as unclear professional orientation, teachers＇ different understandings of the priority in teaching, and students＇ decli- ning proficiency. Art Specialty in local colleges and universities is now facing new opportunities to transform to an application-orien- ted specialty, and a healthy transformational development will be guaranteed if it focuses on improving students＇ practical ability by 1 ） developing practical training programs, 2） strengthening practical teaching, 3 ） employing practical workshops, application pro- grams, and part-time jobs and internship in teaching.
