美国高校学生事务管理对我国高校学生管理的启示

摘　　要：美国各大高校经过长期发展,学生事务逐步完善,培养出大量专业化程度较高的管理人员,为美国大学培养人才提供有力保障。美国高校对学生事务进行管理的经验和特点对我国高等院校培养人才、促进教育改革、应对国际化竞争有很大影响和启示。US universities have trained a large number of administrators highly specialized in their long-term student affair management,which guarantees the development of higher education in the United States.Relevant experiences and characteristics in the field of these universities will have a considerable heuristic influence on their counterparts in China in talent cultivation,educational reform and participation in international competition.
