摘　　要：能工巧匠或有精妙绝伦的手艺,或有泽被后世的发明创造,或由技而悟道。弘扬工匠文化是我国由"制造业大国"向"制造业强国"转变的需要、企业转型升级的需要、职业院校内涵建设的需要。弘扬工匠文化是一个系统工程,需要职业院校、企业、党和国家的共同努力。Skillful craftsman either is exquisite workmanship,or has inventions bringing benefit to our？posterity,or realizes the truth or philosophic theory by means of the skill. Carrying forward the craftsman culture is the needs of our country transformation from ＂ manufacturing great country＂ to ＂ manufacturing powerful country＂,the needs of the enterprise transformation and upgrading,and the needs of the connotation construction of vocational colleges. Carrying forward the craftsman culture is a systematic engineering,needs the joint efforts of vocational colleges,enterprises,and the Part and the country.
