传统中医五音疗法的研究进展

摘　　要：传统中医五音疗法来源于中医传统的五行与五音理论,可以治疗疾病和改善机体状况,广泛应用于多种疾病的治疗。对于五音疗法的研究自古便有,早在《黄帝内经》中就有对传统五音调治疾病的介绍,后世医家更是在此基础上完善和丰富了五音疗法的理论依据,文章系统整理和回顾了自2000年至2015年间我国传统中医五音治疗研究的相关文献,就中医五音疗法的理论评述与临床应用进行总结,并提出建立专属于五音疗法的音乐数据库,应用新媒介普及和推广五音疗法。TCM five-note therapy is based on the theory of five elements and the five notes. So, it can cure disease and improve the condition of the body, which is widely used in the treatment of a variety of diseases. TCM five-note therapy has been used to treat various diseases in Huangdi Neijing. Moreover, the doctors of later generations continuously completed and enriched the TCM five-note therapy. This paper systematically reviewed the relevant literature of the five notes music therapy from 2000 to 2015 and summarized the theory review and the clinical application of TCM five-note therapy. Finally, we proposed that music data of TCM five-note therapy should be established, which will help promote the application of TCM five-note therapy.
