中西结合临床护理路径对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的护理效果

摘　　要：目的分析中西结合临床护理路径对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的护理效果。方法 2015年1~12月间在南京市中西医结合医院内分泌科接受住院治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例,按照随机数表法分为观察组及对照组各50例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受中西结合临床护理路径干预。对比两组患者的干预后神经传导速度、病情严重程度、生活质量等差异。结果观察组患者接受中西结合临床护理路径干预后,正中神经、尺神经、胫神经的运动传导速度（MCV）及感觉神经传导速度（SCV）大于对照组患者,多伦多临床评分系统（TCSS）评分中的神经症状、神经反射及感觉功能评分值低于对照组患者,生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、健康变化评分高于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论中西结合临床护理路径可以优化糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗效果,提升患者对于疾病知识的掌握度。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of WM clinical nursing pathway on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 100 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients from January 2015 to December 2015 in Nanjing Integrative Medicine Hospital of Endocrinology were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. Control group received usual care, observation group patients received WM clinical nursing path intervention. Two groups patients′ nerve conduction velocity, disease severity, knowledge to grasp degree, length of hospital stay and costs after intervention were compared. Results Observation group patients median nerve, ulnar nerve, tibial nerve MCV and SCV values were higher than control group, TCSS scores of neurological symptoms, nerve reflex and sensory function were lower than control group; physiological function, physiological role, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function, mental health,health change score of observation group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion WM clinical nursing pathway can optimize the therapeutic effect in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, enhance patient to grasp the degree of knowledge of the disease.
