带有托土机构的砧木夹持搬运装置及其嫁接机研究

摘　　要：提供一种带有托土机构的砧木夹持搬运装置,包括砧木夹持搬运机构,该砧木夹持搬运机构上设置有砧木夹持机构和托土机构。托土机构包括托盘、卸苗机构和驱动机构,托盘位于砧木夹持机构的下方,驱动机构安装在砧木夹持搬运机构上,托盘和卸苗件中的一个与驱动机构连接,另一个安装在砧木夹持搬运机构上。本研究同时提供一种嫁接机,包括上述带有托土机构的砧木夹持搬运装置,还包括操作台、砧木上苗机构、砧木切削机构、接穗上苗机构、接穗夹持搬运机构、接穗切削机构、供夹机构和传送机构,砧木夹持搬运机构安装在操作台上,托土机构的托盘位于传送机构上方。本研究能够实现嫁接苗的带土嫁接,提高嫁接苗存活率,使嫁接苗适应更多地区环境。Rootstock conveying mechanism with rootstock clamping device and soil supporting mechanism was studied.The soil supporting mechanism was composed of pallet,unloading seedling mechanism and driving mechanism,the pallet was located below the clamping device and the driving mechanism was installed in the clamping and conveying device.The pallet and one of the unloading seedling mechanism were connected with driving mechanism,another seedling mechanism was installed in rootstock clamping and conveying device.A kind of vegetable grafting machine was designed,including the device introduced earlier,operating table,rootstocks seedling mechanism,cutting mechanism,scion seedling mechanism,scion clamping and conveying mechanism,scion cutting mechanism,clamping mechanism and transmission mechanism.The rootstock clamping and conveying device was mounted on the operating table and the soil supporting mechanism was located above the conveying mechanism.This design could realize the grafted seedlings with soil,improving the survival rate and adaptability of grafting scion in more environmental types.
