摘  要:针对地方农业院校工科专业创新能力相对低下的实际问题,以加强地方农业院校工科专业创新能力的培养为目标,通过构建具有自身特色的人才培养方案,积极进行教学内容和教学方法的改革,构建"一条主线、四不间断"的实践教学体系和"四层次、五结合"的实践教学内容;通过开展实验单独设课、加强实践基地建设、强化"实验教学示范中心"建设等措施加强实践教学环节;通过建立健全激励和引导制度、加强师资队伍建设、营造开放的育人环境等途径,加强学生的创新能力培养。实践表明,上述措施取得了良好的效果。Innovation capability is relatively low in engineering specialty in local agricultural colleges.In order to strengthen engineering specialty of local agricultural colleges innovative ability,a kind of training program with its own characteristics was formed.Teaching content and teaching methods were reformed.A series of methods were used and practice teaching was strengthened.The methods were the establishment of"a main line,four uninterrupted"practical teaching system and"four-level,five integration"practice teaching content,by conducting experimental courses are set individually manner course,strengthening practice base construction,strengthen the"experimental teaching demonstration center"et al.In addition,other methods were also used and the ability to innovate engineering students were improved through the establishment of a sound incentive and guidance system,strengthening teacher training,creating an open educational environment and so on.Practice showed that the above-described methods achieved good results.
