摘 要:区域多机场系统在我国已初步形成了规模,但其现阶段的发展并不和谐,其中一个重要原因是航线同质化严重,致使空中交通网络拥挤,航班延误现象不断发生,因此进行有效的空中交通流量管理,以最大化对空域资源的利用就成为了一项迫切的任务。文章借鉴p枢纽中位问题的航线网络构建思想,以最小化运输成本为目标,建立了区域多机场系统航线网络模型,并使用CPLEX对问题算例进行求解。此研究有助于提高机场系统的整体运行效率。Regional multi-airport system has initially formed in China. Nevertheless, the system is still not harmonious enough,mainly due to the high homogeneity of airlines, because of this, situations like congestion of air traffic network and flight delay happen frequently. Therefore, it is vital important to establish an efficient air traffic flow management system by maximizing the utility of airspace resources. Using the theory of p-hub media problem, the research proposed an airline network model of regional multi-airport to minimizing the transportation cost. The CPLEX is adopted to solve the problem. The research is available to improve the overall operational efficiency of the airport system.
