摘 要:文章提出将因果图、FMEA和QA矩阵与复杂网络理论相结合提高供应链质量管理水平的方法,并给出这种方法在供应链质量管理中的应用范式及案例研究。基于复杂网络节点重要性理论,识别出供应链质量控制因素网的关键质控点和关键工序,进而有针对性地控制和预防关键质控点和关键工序处的质量因素,提升整个供应链的质量管理水平和效率。研究发现:这种集成方法既可以发现局部的关键质控点又可以发现全局的关键质控点,有效弥补传统质量工具只注重局部分析的不足。这种集成方法不仅既可以提升单个企业质量管理的水平,而且可以提升整个供应链质量管理的效率和水平。旨在推动供应链质量管理方法的创新,为供应链质量管理水平的提高提供全新的研究视角和实践借鉴。This paper combines the cause and effect diagram, the FMEA and QA matrix with the complex network theory and gives the application of this integrated method in supply chain quality management. Based on the theory of the node importance of complex networks, we identify the key quality control points and the key working procedure of the quality control factors of the supply chain network. We take a targeted control for the critical quality factors, we can improve the efficiency of supply chain quality management. This integration method not only can find local critical quality factors but also find the global critical quality control factors, our research effectively make up for the inadequacy of traditional quality tools which only pay attention to the local analysis. This integration method not only can promote the quality management level of single enterprise, but also can improve the efficiency and level of the whole supply chain. This study promote the innovation of the supply chain quality management method and provide a new research perspective and practical reference for the supply chain quality management.
