摘 要:提出了一种基于LTCC技术的高性能超宽带带通滤波器的实现方法。该滤波器电路采用交织结构,同时只采用了4个谐振级,有效降低了通带内插入损耗,增大了滤波器带宽。借助电路仿真以及电磁场三维仿真软件进行电路优化,实际测试结果与仿真结果吻合较好,中心频率为1 080MHz,带宽为500MHz,在通带内插入损耗优于1.6dB。由于该滤波器频率较低,属于UHF波段,波长较长,采用半集总半分布式结构实现了滤波器的小型化,封装尺寸仅为3.4mm×4.8mm×1.5mm。A high performance and ultra wideband bandpass filter based on LTCC technology was designed.The filter circuit consisted of four resonant units with the pilotaxitic structure,which could effectively reduce the insertion loss in the pass band and greatly improve the bandwidth of the filter.Circuit simulation and the 3D electromagnetic field simulation were used to optimize the circuit.Agreements were found between the experiment results and the simulation results.The center frequency was 1 080 MHz,its bandwidth was 500 MHz and its insertion loss was less than 1.6 dB within the scope of pass band.Because of the low frequency,the long wavelength,and the UHF range of the filter,the semi-lumped and semi-distributed structure was adopted to achieve the miniaturization of the filter.The package size of the filter was only 3.4mm×4.8mm×1.5mm.
