摘　　要：中密度纤维板行业是资源依赖型和能源依赖型行业,我国中密度纤维板行业普遍能耗较高,深入开展中密度纤维板行业的节能降耗是十分必要的。中密度纤维板生产线的废板回收风机普遍存在不合理的使用情况,造成了较大的浪费。本文根据笔者在多条中密度纤维板生产线现场调查的经验,提出了一种采用变频器和自动气阀改造废板回收风机的方法,节能效益明显。MDF （ Medium density fiberboard ） industry is a resource dependent and energy dependent industry, China＇s MDF industry generally higher energy consumption, in-depth development of China＇s energy saving and energy consumption is very necessary. In the production line of MDF, the recovering fan of wasted board is widely used in a wasting way. In this paper, based on the author＇s experience in the investigation of some MDF production line, this paper presents a new method of using frequency converter and automatic gas valve to reforming the recovering fan which has obvious energy-saving benefit.
