摘　　要：近年来我国高等院校发展迅速,但学习型基层党组织的建设却进展缓慢、成效甚微。在此背景下,基于教学科研业务工作特性的视角,分析高校学习型基层党组织的建设思路并提出建设途径。In recent years, Chinese colleges develop rapidly, but the construction of learning primary party organization has little success and makes slow progress, due to the complexity and arduousness of primary party organization. In this context, this paper analyzed the building ideas of learning primary party organization in college and proposed the approaches based on characteristics of teaching and research.
