摘　　要：[目的/意义]以马克思主义理论学科期刊为切入点,分析我国人文社会科学学术期刊编辑队伍情况。[方法/过程]以我国13种马克思主义理论学科学术期刊为样本,采集2010—2014年每种期刊每年第1期版权页上著录的编辑信息,对编辑著录项目、主编、副主编、编辑、编委会进行统计分析。[结果/结论]马克思主义理论学科期刊通常会按照一定顺序标注14项与编辑队伍有关的信息,一半以上期刊在5年内未更换主编,一半以上期刊著录有责任编辑,编委会平均人数为25人,仅少数期刊有外籍编委;主编应处理好行政职务与主编职责的关系,编委、外籍编委发挥的作用有待加强。[Purpose/significance ]The paper bases on Marxist theoretical journals in China to analyse editor group of China＇s academic journals on Humanities and Social Science. [Method/process]The paper takes 13 Marxist theoretical journals during 2010-- 2014 as sample, gathers editor information printed in copyright page of first issue of each year of each journal, makes a statistic analy- sis from aspects of editor description, chief editor, associate editor, editor and editorial board. [Result/conclusion]Generally 14 items about editor group are printed in copyright page, more than a half chief editors remain unchanged for 5 years, more than a half journals describe executive editors, the average number of editorial board member is 25, and only a few journals have editorial board members with foreign nationality; chief editors＇s balance of administrative duties and editing duties is to be improves, and roles of editorial board member, especially those with foreign nationality is to be enhanced.
