高血压病发病与岁运的相关性分析

摘　　要：五运六气理论以阴阳、五行为纲目,以天干、地支为推演工具,用以阐释自然界、生命现象与人体生理病理的时间节律,其理论实质是多角度、多层次运动变化特性的层析与集合,是中医时空关联性的良好体现。高血压病是临床常见病,其发病与时间、空间等因素密切相关。在火运太过年份、水运太过年份和火运不及年份,原发性高血压病的发病人数较多,而在平气之年其发病人数相对较少。因此在临床中可参考相应年份的运气变化,为高血压病的防治提供参考。Theory Five Elements and Six Pathogens with Yin-Yang and Five Elements as the outline,Ten Heavenly Stems and the Twelve Earthly Branches as inference tool,in order to explain time rhythm of the nature,life phenomenon and the human physiological and pathological,its theory essence is the chromatography and the collection of movement change characteristic of the multi angle and multi-level,which is a good embodiment of the temporal and spatial correlation of TCM. Hypertension is a common clinical disease,its incidence is closely related with time,space and other factors. Excessively fire element years,and water element years,and deficient fire element years,there are a large number of patients with primary hypertension,and the incidence of hypertension is relatively small in the years of peace. Therefore,we refer to circulation of Qi in the corresponding year in clinic,which can provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.
