摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐地区1岁-12岁儿童VitB（12）水平及不同民族儿童间VitB（12）水平的差异,为儿童VitB（12）缺乏的预防和营养性贫血的治疗提供依据。方法采集2014年4月-12月来本院进行健康体检的207名1岁-12岁儿童外周静脉血,按年龄和民族分组,经Beckman-coulter ACCESS 2全自动微粒子化学发光免疫分析仪检测所有研究对象血清VitB（12）水平。结果 207名儿童血清VitB（12）平均水平为593 pg/ml,VitB（12）缺乏检出率为1.9%,边缘性缺乏检出率为4.3%;0.05）;不同性别儿童VitB（12）水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;不同民族儿童VitB（12）总体水平中哈萨克族儿童高于其他民族儿童,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论乌鲁木齐地区1岁-12岁儿童VitB（12）水平能够满足生长发育的需要,各民族儿童应合理饮食,均衡营养,降低儿童VitB（12）缺乏的发生。Objective To explore the serum Vitamin B12 levels and its difference in different nationalities of children at age of 1to 12 years old in Urumqi,so as to provide basis for controlling VitB（12） deficiency and treating nutritional anemia. Methods From April to December in 2014,peripheral venous blood samples were collected from 207 children at age of 1- 12 years old in Urumqi and grouped according to age and nation. Serum VitB（12） levels was assayed by Beckman- coulter ACCESS 2. Results The average level of children serum VitB（12） in the 207 children was 593 pg/ml,the deficiency rate of VitB（12） was 1. 9%,and the marginal deficiency rate of VitB（12） was 4. 3%. There was no statistical significance on the differences in serum VitB（12） levels among the 3 years old group,3- 6 years old group and the 7- 12 years old group（ P〉0. 05）. There was no statistical significance on the differences in the level of VitB（12） between different genders（ P 〉 0. 05）; the total average level of serum VitB（12） was highest in Kazak children,but there was no statistical significance on the differences（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The level of VitB（12） is sufficient for the growth of children in Urumqi,and reasonable diet and balanced nutrition should be conducted to reduce the occurrence of VitB（12） deficiency in children with different nations.
