摘　　要："微时代"是互联网的最新形态,也是媒体传播的最新格局。"微时代"信息传播的瞬时性、流动性、碎片化、世俗化、扁平化,使得大学生的价值观具有认知上的感性化、简单化,情感上的淡漠化、粗糙化,选择上的功利化、多元化特征。价值观培育应遵循"知、情、意、行"相统一的原则,从获知至真、笃信乐道、文化熏陶、竭力而行等方面进行积极探求,从而提高大学生核心价值观培育的实效性。Micro Age is the latest form of the Internet as well as the latest pattern of media communication. The spread of information in Micro Age is momentary, flowable, fragmentized, mundane and flat, which makes the value of college students simplified and perceptual in recognition, remote and rough in emotion, and utilitarian and diversified in choosing. According to the principle that knowledge, value, truth and behavior should be united, we ought to actively explore by searching for the truth, taking delight in studying, influencing others in the atmosphere of culture, and working hard, to improve the efficiency of the core value education.
