摘 要:目的探讨宫颈癌中乙酰肝素酶和缺氧诱导因子-表达及其与临床病理参数关系。方法 1α(HIF-1α)应用免疫组化法检测33例宫颈癌标本中乙酰肝素酶、表达,并分析二者与临床病理参数关系。结果 HIF-1α乙酰肝素酶阳性表达率为75.8%,与FIGO分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);HIF-1α阳性表达率为66.7%,与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。乙酰肝素酶和HIF-1α阳性表达病例中淋巴管密度均显著高于阴性表达组(P<0.05)。乙酰肝素酶与HIF-1α表达呈显著正相关(r=0.758,P<0.05)。结论乙酰肝素酶表达与HIF-1α有关,二者参与宫颈癌淋巴管形成及淋巴结转移。Objective To explore the expression of heparanase and hypoxia inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF-1α) in cervical cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods Expression of heparanase and HIF-1 ct in 33 cases of cervical cancer was detected by immtmohistochemistry, and relationship between their expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results Heparanase expression rate was 75.8% and correlated with FIGO staging and nodal metastasis (P〈0.05). HIF-la expression rate was 66.7% and correlated with nodal metastasis (P〈0.05). The lymphatic vessel density was higher in the positive expression group of heparanase and HIF-1α than that in the negative expression group (P〈0.05). Heparanase expression was positively correlated with HIF-1α (r=0.758, P〈0.05). Conclusion Heparanase expression is related to HIF-1α, and both may be involve in lymphangiogenesis and nodal metastasis of cervical cancer.
