摘　　要：为掌握无锡市住宅工程质量投诉处理情况,探究其特点和分布规律,给日常工程质量监督工作以有益的指导,从而进一步加强和完善质量监督工作,笔者对2014年、2015年无锡市住宅工程质量投诉处理情况进行汇总整理、统计分析,并提出质量监管建议。In order to grasp the residential construction quality complaint handling of Wuxi city,to explore its characteristics and distribution,and to supervise the work of daily project quality to useful tips,so as to further strengthen and improve the quality of supervision work,this paper collected and made statistical analysis of residential project quality complaints handling situation of 2014 and 2015 in Wuxi,then put forward the quality regulatory proposals.
