摘  要:研制了兼具低温放电、高功率输出及高比能量等特点的额定容量为5 Ah的软包装锂离子电池。电池的比能量达183.5 Wh/kg,在-40℃的低温下,以5 C(25 A)在2.2~4.2 V放电,可放出额定容量的86.9%。常温20 C放电能放出额定容量的94.3%,平均比功率达3 027 W/kg。在80 C高功率脉冲放电2 s的实验中,2 s内平均比功率达9 164 W/kg。以1 C在2.75~4.20 V循环1 000次,容量保持率为88.3%。Soft-package ultra low temperature L-ion battery with nominal capacity of 5 Ah was developed, which exhibited such advantages as low temperature discharge, high power output and high specific energy. The specific energy of the battery reached to 183.5 Wh/kg. 86. 9% of the nominal capacity could be obtained at 5 C(25 A) discharge in 2. 2 -4. 2 V at low temperature -40℃. When discharged at 20 C at normal temperature, it could retained 94. 3% of the nominal capacity, the average specific power was 3 027 W/kg. In the 80 C 2 s high power pulse discharged test, the average specific power reached to 9 164 W/Kg. When cycled at 1 C in 2.75 -4. 20 V for 1 000 times, the capacity retention rate was 88. 3%.
