气相色谱-质谱联用外标法测定涂料中苯系物的含量

摘　　要：涂料与我们的生活息息相关，传统涂料分为溶剂型涂料和水性涂料。本文建立了气相色谱-质谱联用（GC／MS）同时测定溶剂型涂料和水性涂料中苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯异构体等苯系物的分析方法。样品经过预处理直接进行定量分析，选用外标标准曲线法进行定量分析。对于低浓度标准曲线，除了对间二甲苯，其他几种苯系物在1OOng～1000ng范围内线性良好（线性相关系数r为0．9994～0．9998），对间二甲苯则在200ng～2000ng范围内线性良好（r为0．9991）；对于高浓度标准曲线，除了对间二甲苯，其他几种苯系物在1000ng～4000ng范围内线性良好（线性相关系数r为0．9994～0．9999），对间二甲苯则在2000ng～8000ng范围内线性良好（r为0．9997）。对于两种标准曲线，回收率均达98．5％～102．5％，相对标准偏差（n=4）在0．6％～3．4％之间。本方法具有快速、方便、灵敏度高等特点，可满足溶剂型涂料和水性涂料中苯系物含量的测定及对比。Coating is closely related to our daily life, and the traditional coating is divided into solvent based and waterborne coatings.The work is to establish an analytical method for simultaneous determination of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene isomerization body benzene compounds in solvent based coatings and waterborne coatings by the analysis method of GC / MS.The samples were analyzed directly by the pretreatment, and the standard curve method was used for quantitative analysis. In addition to p-xylene and m-xylene, other benzene series are linear in the range of 100ng -1000ng （r =0.9994-0.9998） and 1000ng-4000ng （r =0.9994-0.9999）. The recovery rate is 98.3%-102.5% and relative standard deviation （n=4） is 0.6% - 3.4%.This method is satisfactory due tofast, convenient and sensitive, so it can be used to determine the contents of benzene series in solvent based coatings and waterborne coatings.
