芳香整理用聚氨酯微胶囊的研制

摘　　要：芳香整理用聚氨酯微胶囊的研究是利用界面聚合的方法 ,在水包油体系中控制生成的聚氨酯沉积在油滴的表面 ,将香料包覆于其中制得芳香整理用微胶囊 ,实验采用焙烘的方法研究微胶囊囊壁的密封性 ,采用显微摄影的方法来观察微胶囊的结构及分散性。文中讨论了微胶囊的性能及其影响因素 ,并得出制备聚氨酯芳香微胶囊的工艺为 :海藻酸钠用量为 0 .15 % ,PEG的分子量可根据对微胶囊皮材软硬要求的不同选取 4 0 0或者 10 0 0 ,皮芯比选取 1∶2～ 1∶3.5 ,异氰酸酯与PEG的摩尔比为 3∶1。The interfacial polymerization method for preparing microcapsules used for aromatic finish is introduced. The principle of the method is that the perfume is covered by the resultant polyurethane which deposits on the surface of oil drop in oil in water system under a controlled condition. In the experiments, curing is carried out for approaching to the leak tightness of the microcapsule wall and microphotographic method is used to survey the construction and dispersivity of the capsule. Properties of the capsule and factors influencing the properties are discussed. Processing parameters for preparing polyurethane microcapsule is presented: taking the dosage of sodium alginate as 0.15%, the molecular weight of PGG as 400 or 1000 depending on the requirement to the stiffness of capsules skin material, skin core ratio as 1∶2 ～ 1∶3.5 and the mole ratio between sodium isocyanate and PGG as 3∶1.
