摘　　要：实战化教学是军队院校培养"能打胜仗"军事人才的根本保证。实战化教学教员队伍建设是提高实战化教学质量的关键。针对当前军队院校部分教员的能力素质与实战化教学不相适应、教员队伍建设相对滞后的现象,分析了实战化教学的内涵特征,指出军队院校实战化教学对教员队伍能力素质的要求,剖析实战化教学教员队伍建设存在的问题,探讨提高实战化教学教员队伍建设的对策措施。Actual combat teaching is the fundamental guarantee for military academy to cultivate new type military talents of high quality who can fight and win the war. Teacher team construction for actual combat is the key to improve teaching quality. Actualy the ability of part of teachers in military academy are not suitable for actual combat teaching and the construction of teachers team lags behind the requirement of actual combat. Therefore the construction of teacher team for actual combat is investigated in this paper and implication and characteristic of actual combat teaching is analyzed. The requirements of actual combat teaching for the ability of teacher team are also promoted. Problems existed in construction of teacher team for actual combat are analyzed and countermeasures to improve teacher team construction are discussed.
