摘  要:经编机机械牵拉机构的结构较复杂,由主轴的编织传动机构进行控制,不利于提高机电一体化配置水平。结合机械牵拉机构的结构和传动原理,提出一种电子牵拉机构,详细介绍电子牵拉机构的结构设计、控制系统及工作原理。实践证明,该电子牵拉机械结构简单实用、可提高牵拉密度参数的适应范围、可实现无级调速、操作简便快捷、适应生产需求、便于经编企业的生产管理。The structure of mechanical draw-off mechanism of warp knitting machine is complex, which is con- trolled by the knitting driven mechanism of main shaft, and not favorable to improve mechatronic integration level. Based on the structure and the driving principle of mechanical draw-off mechanism, the paper proposes an elec- tronic draw-off device, and introduces in detail the structural design, the control system and the work principle. The results show that the electronic draw-off mechanism is more simple and functional, improves the range of draw-off density, realizes stepless speed regulation, operates easily and faster, suits for the producition, and facili- tating the production management of warp knitting company.
