摘　　要：随着中国广泛参与国际事务,国际关系与国际政治的理论与实践问题要求相关研究与之相适应;同时国际社会也希望听到中国的声音,因此中国有责任在国际关系与国际政治研究中提出自己的理念与构想。中国不仅掌握了西方国际关系与国际政治研究方法及相关理论,并对其运用、实践乃至拓展,且尝试以新的视角与思维方式,结合中国历史文化传统及近现代国际关系的实践经验,在国际关系与国际政治研究的中国化、范式与路径,核心概念的创造、创新及理论性突破与拓展等层面,不断发出学术探索的声音,并在基础理论、现实应用及对策研究等方面取得了可观的学术成绩。With China's participation in international affairs strengthening, the international relations and international politics studies in China have called for relevant theoreticaland practical studies, while the international community wishes to hear China's voice. As a result, China has the responsibility and self-confidence to propose its own ideas and conceptions in international relations and international politics studies. China has not only mastered the methodologies and relevant theories of the West in international relations and international politics studies, but also put them into practice with some further extensions. Meanwhile, China is trying to make its voice heard in academic exploration in the fields of the sinicization, the mode and path finding, the creation of core concepts, innovation and theoretical breakthroughs as well as expansion in the international relations and international politics studies, from the new perspectives and new mode of thinking, and by combining China's historical and cultural traditions with the practice of international relations in recent history. In addition, China has made significant academic achievements in basic theories, practical application and policy studies.
