摘 要:对于现有的单道脉冲幅度分析器,由于干扰信号的影响容易导致系统出现很多误状态,从而使计数结果不可靠。为了使系统数据更加准确,在传统单道的基础之上,设计通过两路计数器实现大于宽脉宽单道计数,采用另外两路计数器实现大于窄脉宽单道计数,结合窄脉宽计数与宽脉宽计数差值,实现特定脉宽识别功能。并且在逻辑电路设计中,采用了两路快速电压比较器作甄别元件,既方便实现高低阈值设置,又有效地降低了系统死时间。实验结果表明,该分析器速度快,简单易用,稳定性好。For existing single - channel pulse height analyzer, due to the influence of interference signals easily leads to a lot of system error state, the count results are not reliable. To make the system more accurate, on the conventional single - channel basis, the design achieved by two counters a wide width single channel count, the use of two additional counters to achieve a narrow width single channel count, combined with narrow pulse count and the wide pulse count to achieve a specific pulse width recognition by subtraction. And logic circuit design, using a two - way voltage comparator for fast screening element, which is convenient to realize low and high threshold setting, but also effectively reduces the dead time of the system. Experimental results show that the analyzer fast, easy to use, with good stability.
