摘 要:近年来,随着执法实战的需要,以及分析化学、法医毒理学等学科的不断发展和技术进步,毒物毒品预警、未知毒物筛查、代谢组学研究、现场快速检测技术开发和设备研制等已经成为国内外法医毒物学领域的研究热点,并取得了一系列技术进步和实际应用效果。本文综述了国内外在结构特征解析与预警、体内代谢规律及代谢组学、死后动力学、检测探测等方面的研究进展和发展趋势,以期为我国法医毒物学未来的研究方向提供参考。In recent years, the researches in forensic toxicology have globally become to focus on the aspects of early- warning against poisons and drugs, screening of unknown toxicants, studies on metabonomics, development of on-site rapid detection and relevant equipment for the need of law enforcement and actual demands to keep up with the continuous advancement and technical progress of analytical chemistry and related academics. A series of technical lifting-ups and practical applications have been made with effectiveness achieved. This article reviewed the domestic and abroad researches and development in the respects of structure characterization and resolution concerning with related chemicals, early-warning on poisoning, metabolism and metabonomics, postmortem dynamics about distribution, and in-situ detection, with purpose of providing helpful suggestions for further study in forensic toxicology.
